It was gathered that the incident happened recently in Ekori, Cross River State. A video making the rounds, shows the irate police officer using a matchete to flog the victim ignoring the pleas of eyewitnesses. In the video, the police officer can be heard saying the victim ch@llenged him and in a show of power, he decided to use the weapon to assault the victim. .
