Stop celebrating mediocrity. Lagos state has housing deficit of over 500k housing units. Why are only the rich being provided with housing? What happens to the middle class and poor?

Many will move away back home and help develop other regions aforementioned.

This will be good for lagos as it will reduce the population and increase the quality of life from what it is, but your IGR will drop drastically and all the huge figures you used to enjoy will now be directed to other states and regions with similar coastal profile and capacity. Peter Obi can't lace the boot of Donald Duke (who had lofty ideas of Obudu and Tinapa), Akpabio (with massive infrastructure), Ibrahim Dakwambo, Fashola, Ajimobi, Kwankwaso, Shettima etc. Fact.
