Thus requiring that project obtain a fresh C of O, Governors Consent and Change of Use, Which we all know they would not grant.

The end result as we speak today is that the building is still wasting away, as a den of snakes and rodents, the thousands upon thousands of Lagosians that would have gotten their daily bread from the construction of the projects to the running of the finished apartments have been denied such by a single man's greed.
