A kid normally eats 3 square meal a day and may 3 servings of snacks before bed time.


But the holidays seem to do something to their digestive systems that make them eat 10 square meals a day with 20 servings of snacks.

However, we shouldn't let kids eat just about anything they get there hands on.

Healthy eating should especially be considered while snacking.
