The people who prepared the contract papers were never known till today.
What they did to the Contract-papers was never known till today - whether they kept the papers, or they destroyed it - nobody knows..

Why do you people like defending that man called Buhari...you think he is that clueless ? I can swear by anything that Buhari ordered the purchase ..If you know Buhari well you will know he has always been very passionate about his home country Niger which he believes is supposed to be part of Nigeria
