They haven't addressed the real issue which is their lack of creativity, ingenuity and their personal waste as governor's and endemic plus systemic corruption and thievery. The more they always go to the federal government to collect monthly allawee, and they don't create their own wealth state hy state and manage their own resources, this is just papering over cracks. Governors must become productive. States must stop gathering every month to share money. We are in trouble, deep trouble if they don't do this and fast. They must all become financially independent from the center. Then, these measures can make sense.

Honestly, if this news is true, the governor are rezoning with their ass. Our will govs who are campaigning for over 70 years of man be thinking of sacking worker of 50yrs. They don't think of reducing thier bogus pension, they don't think of reducing their salary, senators in Nigeria are one of the the highest in the world whereby the Nigerian work are one of the lowest earning salary. Honestly all of them they mad. This country is unredemmable.
