Based on current payment trend, Mid Nov.
C1 received their first payment around Nov 15.
If you intend to teach pls don't make the mistake of staying in your ppa full time. Have other job pls or else you'll be frustrated.

Stream C2 would commence work next session but first payment will likely be paid by November ending. This is August but June stipend has not been initiated. We still have July and August stipends inconclusive. And mind you, stream 2 is a continuation of stream 1. Npower can't pay you for September when they have not pay us for August.
