Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Promote the company’s products/services
Planning and overseeing training initiatives.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.

Requirements:
Work experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably within our industry
Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to lead a team.
Excellent organizational skills.
