Just practice. Learn the logic first. Choose any framework spring boot, laravel, node. They have the same logic but different syntax.

I uploaded an image that shows languages that are mostly used as for backend development ( JavaScript nodejs, python django, Java, and PHP).

But whether you like it or not you'll still have to know frontend to some extent.

Backend any day. Functionality over "fashion"! Better to be rich without being stylish than to be fashionable but broke. Loads of the software solutions we use don't have fancy interface. But they get the job done
