As obtained by Satellite.ng, a thief was on Thursday caught on CCTV stealing a Sales girl's phone from a Shop in in Owerri. The Phone thief who walked into the shop pretending to buy a Bluetooth speaker used his envelope to stylishly pick the phone kept on a desk.
