Addys Diabetes Health Store is a healthy food product company focused on catering for Diabetics needs. We began in 2015 and have since grown to become to number one diabetes burster in Nigeria by providing permanent solutions to diabetes.

Position Summary
We are looking for a young and vibrant Sales Executive that will handle all sales of our products in order to achieve revenue targets. The Sales Executive maintains the client relationships, provides pre-sales as well as after sales advice, and is a key contact point for customers.
The position requires an individual to have a good business acumen with a broad understanding of Information Technology. The Sales Executive should also be a good team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales Executive is expected to:
• Process orders via email or phone
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop weekly and monthly sales reports
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Requirements/Skills/Qualifications
• Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Goal oriented and has a deep knowledge on customer service best practices
• Social media savvy
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
• Qualifications OND, HND or BSc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with sales report and records
• Close proximity to Ipaja
