Muhammad Al-Qahtani has been confirmed dead after he collapsed at the Arab-African conference in Cairo on Tuesday. He appears totally lucid seconds before he falls backwards. The cause of his mysterious death is still being investigated. Egyptian president, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, described him as “a dean of humanity and a man of peace."
