So it becomes a case of let government increase the earnings, if businesses like they should increase the price of goods, since they've always done it even without increase in earnings... Laslas all of us go come get sense

I wonder if there really is a solution to this dilemma, cos the more I try to think it through, the more confusing it is

Well it depends. There is something called development and sustained development is quite another. If on the average of 8 years, just 2 years are used to do something quite tangible and the rest 6 years is used to cause outright havoc... in the long run we would be worse off!

8years of good output can be ruined by one day of bad input. Anything is possible, however, we can lean on the bitwise positive inputs and, like you said, sustain it.
