Job Summary Responsibilities:

• You will lead the marketing team and provide broader strategic and operational marketing leadership to the company

• Develop, deploy and manage advertising campaigns alongside media team

• Give direction, oversee and implement media marketing strategy across board

• Direct the content development team for articles, blog posts and email with emphasis on SEO

• Ensure a cohesive advertising message across campaigns

• Optimize advertising strategies for varying audiences and channels

• Plan, implement and oversee a marketing strategy for the organisation for new and existing products and services

• Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing and media team

• Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary

• Identify new business opportunities

• Conduct market research studies and competitor research

• Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials

• Monitor online and offline ad campaigns (e.g. on radio, TV, websites, magazines and billboards)

• Regularly report advertising campaign results (including revenues and costs)

• Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs

• Set and administer an annual marketing budget

• Organize and attend conferences, webinars, trade shows, and major events on behalf of the company

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or similar

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in similar capacity in a real estate, marketing, media company
