Your health should matter to you because if you don't take care of your health and you eventually fall sick, you will be the one to suffer it alone.

To be healthy shows you have mental health and mental balance.
If you are sick you can not be healthy.
Someone sick of malaria is not healthy until he gets well. Someone sick can not think well because the only thought in his mind is; let me get well.

The 3 Ways To Stay Healthy:

1) Learn To Exercise Regularly

Regular exercises will help you to be fit.
When you exercises regularly, it will be difficult for you to fall sick.
You can do exercise for at least 10-15 minutes every day or you can decide to do exercises for 30mins - 1hour once a week.
Exercise is a prevention method for sickness and disease.

2)Eat Fruits Regularly

Eating of fruits will help you stay healthy.
When you eat fruits you acquire vitamins that will help body system to resist sickness and disease.
Fruits like; apple, orange, banana, avocado, mango, watermelon, pineapple, strawberry, Cherry, lemon, and cucumber, can help you stay healthy for long time.

3) Be hygienic

It very necessary that you learn to be hygienic, if you want to be healthy.
Hygienic mean keep one self clean and also keep one's environment clean and free from dirty.

The room or house you stay must be clean and free from dirty. You should ensure you sweep your house daily in other to remove dirty from your environment.
A dirty environment can cause sickness or disease to a person. A dirty environment brings bacteria, microorganism, fly, cockroaches and other insects which can cause infection that could lead to sickness and disease.

Wear clean clothes and bathe your self daily, at least once or twice a day.

Ensure you have a container, were you put your dirty clothes and await when you decide to wash them.

Practicing hygienic will help you to stay healthy.
