They didn't receive any vehicles. It was mere allocation and looting.

The same way they tell you that the dilapidated road passing through your city has been constructed with N1 billion and
you keep wondering if you are dreaming or what. Allocation is one. Disbursement is another. Then the destination account
of the disburse fund trumps all. The N1.15 billion was probably shared among the co-looters with the hope that nobody
would raise an eyebrow. Then Hundeyin happened.

Buhari’s administration had claimed to have contracted Kaura Motors Nigeria Limited, with Fidelity Bank's account number 4010638472, to purchase 10 Toyota Land Cruiser Jeeps for Niger Republic for N1.15billion.

The southern nigeria has never gotten a bad leader. Awo, zik, shonekan, Obasanjo and Johnathan has never been a bad leader it's only that region that hasn't been blessed with good Leaders try to paint them bad.
From military to civil, all the bad Leaders this country has experienced is from one region.
