Then should I remind you of the onshore/offshore dichotomy which you igbos sided with the north to deny coastal states revenue from offshore oil platforms? Without that ruling, states like Akwa Ibom with their great development strides would have still remained poor and underdeveloped owing to the fact that all oil drilling activities are locates offshore .
