Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER
Location: University of Ibadan, Oyo State

Reports to: Executive Director


Job Summary: Our project Manager will be responsible for driving superior customer support to Customers, the University of Ibadan (UI) Faculty team, UI Contract POC, Executive directors, Operations and Finance.

Objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned account at the University of Ibadan (UI)
- Drive successful implementation and execution of programs.
- Develop a trusted relationship with university leadership, Deans, and heads of departments at the University of Ibadan.
- Promote the organization within the university, drive leadership and corporate social responsibility initiatives, and value identification.
- Develop and implement the UI Account Plan to align the university with organizational strategy.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the UI account’s organization, Strategy, logistics, and direction.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily implementation and execution of the Global Corporate Plan for the University of Ibadan (UI).
- Create and maintain activity forecast in the system.
- Identify other opportunities for collaboration with the university.
- Promote the development of the new model and cross-faculty/department integrated opportunities as part of the global company initiative.
- Maintain UI Team contacts and CRM; validate pipeline completeness.
- Develop influential relationships with key team members and partners buying center stakeholders.
- Actively communicate UI Team drivers and feedback with executive leadership.
- Participate and contribute to opportunity strategies and development.
- Develop, own and update the UI Global plan, aligned with overall organizational drivers.
- Coordinate executive visits from the organization with UI.
- Ensure periodic performance reviews with the University.

- Growth of students benefitting from the program
- Impact on Students, University staff, Departments, Faculties, and Centers
- Revenue growth and Re-investment growth
- Turn around time
- Training delay reduction
- Attrition in Assigned candidates pool and staff

Requirements
- Minimum of B.SC in Project management or other related fields
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in customer service roles or related fields.
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Previous exposure to account or project management role
- Strong client-facing and communication skills

Salary
Base monthly salary of N200,000 - N300,000
Performance Bonus based on experience and delivery
