THIS DAYS WE SEE A SITUATION WHERE SOAK-AWAY AND SEPTIC TANKS ARE PLACED JUST BESIDE A BUILDING, AND COMMON SENSE, THOUGH NOT COMMON SHOULD TELL US THAT SOAK-AWAY SHOULD BE SITED SOME METERS AWAY FROM THE BUILDING AND FROM BORE-HOLES. SO I WOULD WANT THE ENGINEERS AND HEALTH OFFICERS IN THE HOUSE TO EDUCATE US ON THE MINIMUM DISTANCE ALLOWED BY LAW OF THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA BEFORE SOMEONE CAN CONSTRUCT HIS SOAK-AWAY. THANKS. |
