The ADA Software Engineering program focuses on incubating young women from Nigeria's south-eastern region in Tech talent tracks and innovations so that 80% of the Talent output from the program become startups with ready -to market cutting edge Tech innovations, closing both skill and innovation gap further in the ecosystem, and secondly, doing all of this for women and women only.

We chose the Code Name ADA because of its significance to the ‘ndi-ibo’ society. An ADA is not just the first-born girl child, but a woman of high status, respected, industrious, and community-driven. We want to create the “umu-ada” of tech, an elite group of software engineering experts. And Our Vision is to roll-out the training-cum-incubation of 400 women in Software Engineering. We, The Enugu State Tech Hub, understanding the challenges faced at such an early stage of one's career have come fully equipped for the ADA Software Engineering Program.
