Tonight, a Palestinian media site close to Hamas movement mentioned that the Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, who is held captive by the Palestinian resistance, is fasting Ramadan, and he decided to forget his government that did not value him, and leave the Jewish customs and imitate Muslims

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - “Al-Risala” newspaper indicated that the old popular proverb says: "One who lives with a people for 40 days has become one of them"; it appears that this proverb is already being realized in the Gaza Strip, and specifically with the Israeli soldier held captive with the resistance factions, Gilad Shalit, since he has lived with the people, "Al-Qassam Brigades", for more than five years, which made him - according to expectations - ashamed of asking his captors for food captors, though they do not withhold from giving him all his rights.

Shalit, and on the second day of the month of Ramadan decided to forget his government, which has become "indifferent to him and no longer interested in his case", and leave all the Jewish faith habits of his family and to imitate the Muslims after the good treatment he experienced by his captors, even in their fasting .

Shalit is no longer the same, because the head of his government has become preoccupied with the demonstrations of protest in Tel Aviv, and no longer heard any news of himself on the "Israel First" channel, but that the issue of apartments is being mentioned more than him on the news, which pushed him to become depressed and lose hope of accomplishing a deal that would ensure him his freedom; his condition’s tongue says "Shalit wants to overthrow the regime."

The Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit, and about a month and a half earlier, has entered his sixth year in the hands of Palestinian resistance, who kidnapped him in the “Al-Wahim Al-Motabadid” operation in which resistance fighters were martyred and an officer and two Zionist soldiers were killed, and a Zionist gunner at the “Karam Abu Salim” military site east of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip, was held captive.

Shalit is entering his sixth year held captive by the, and two Zionist governments have passed on his case and an aggressive and fierce Zionist war against the Gaza strip and hundreds of rounds of negotiations (with Egyptian, German, and Western mediation) to exchange him for a thousand Palestinians who have been held for years in the occupation’s prisons; the occupation which has finally reached an Israeli decision to tighten the screws on prisoners to pressure Hamas to back down from its conditions.

The sixth remembrance of Ramadan to pass with Shalit being captive was received with a heavy pall in the Israeli entity as a title for a continuous security failure, in a country which boasts that it has the strongest security services and institutions in the region, and puts the narrow coastal strip teeming with citizens under its strong microscope of satellites, balloons and spy planes, and besieges the 1.7 million Gazans from all sides putting them under a tight blockade while receiving international help and has been doing so for years in the hopes of liberating its captive soldier.

This failure has found its way to the confessions of Ashkenazi, Diskin, Mofaz and Dagan and other leaders of the Zionist security.

About 6,500 Palestinian and ther Arabs are held prisoners in Israeli prisons without finding a voice to their pain with those who claim law and international humanitarianism, while Shalit find “resonating trumpets” that mention his name in all forums, and he who was kidnapped from his tank by which he was bombing children in the strip.
