Gov Okezie Ikpeazu is the most educated and most qualified among those men with him. Ikpeazu also happened to be the best Governor ever to pilot the affairs of Abia state. He has done so much for Abians and still doing more. So I wonder what this mentally retarded Idi-ot is talking about. 1 Like |
