Yesterday, I inspected the ongoing construction of the Oil Palm Plantation and Refinery in Akwukwu-Igbo, Oshimili North Local Government Area.
The project, which is a joint venture between the Delta State Government and Northsworthy Farms, and Allied Industries Limited is aimed at providing direct and indirect job opportunities, and food security in our state, our geopolitical region, and the entire nation.
As of today, this joint venture has already employed 300 workers who have successfully planted over 250,000 oil palm trees on over 1,400 hectares of land. This will be considerably increased over the next few months and years.

We can see a working governor! Kogi state blessed with tyrants for 31yrs now. When a youth came we thought we're done with hooligan-style of governance but we got the worst. All projects claimed to have been executed were only done on paper.

The state billions borrowed fund were looted and hidden in banks according to the cbn. After the leaked secret nothing was heard.

Kogi state don enter one-chance.

I was at a tea production company in North East Nigeria recently and I was shocked at the high amount of staff the company employed. From the leave pluckers to processing staff to packaging staff to administration staff to security personnel.i was told even though staffs like the pluckers don't have any form of education ,non of them ain less thàn 80k as they r paid base on the kilogram of leaves they were able to pluck. Some càn ain as high as 120k ( I asked myself how many graduate ain that high?)
After my visit I came to the conclusion that our agricultural sectors has the potential to create massive employment for our people, increase our production capacity as a country, increase our GDP, stabilize naira dollar relationship and reduce insecurity. we only need a good leader at the helm of affairs with the right body language and knowledge.this is y we should vote wisely in this coming election. thank God we have some good options to choose from this time around.
