In conjunction with a vigilante group, Jigawa State Police Command agents detained two alleged kidnappers and freed a hostage. The 30-year-old woman who was among the suspects was apprehended in the state's Ringim Local Government Area, according to the command's spokesman, DSP Lawan Shiisu Adam, who made the announcement in a statement on Sunday, August 28.
