Tinubu knew it would be difficult for Wike to leave PDP bcoz his boys are contesting under PDP and Electoral Law doesn't allow reckless cross carpet so it's a wasteful exercise. So, Tinubu didn't promise anything.

The same applied in the case of Shekarawu. Tinubu refused to commit positions to him and his followers. Atiku on the other hand had promised him SGF and other positions like DGs and Chief Executive of Agencies and Parastatals for his followers.

In all these, if Wike is not careful, he will be the ultimate loser.

Hmmm.... so it is now daylight for you folks.
That is what I was saying weeks back.
That Wike is only after power and only the PDP presented that clear path.
How could he be working for a southern candidate when he himself is from the south and cannot possibly succeed either a Tinubu or an Obi presidency.
He wants to regain traction within the party and is using the gravitational power of the others to slingshot himself back into the secretariat and the party's power base.
All these could have been settled at the airport on their way out and saved the taxpayer a lot of money.
