. Two Years ago, I Wanted to Invest on Land in that Area ,But was Discouraged because of the Terrible Road from Agbara to ATAN .

Last week ,On My way from Igbesa Free Trade Zone I was Soo Surprised seeing that There is a Massive Road Construction going on that Road .Infact I'm Impressed.

Land was Even Cheaper then ,Op , I'm Interested ,But that would be by Month End .

Paradventure ,the one you have is Sold...Would you be able to Get Another one for me..I will be needing up to 3 to 4 Acres ..

You are right sir..The Road is Under Construction by the time it's Completed Most Estates ,Land Must have Increased in Value , Funny enough most Estates have stopped Selling waiting for the Two Mighty Road Projects ,The Road from CMS to Badagry passing through Agbara then From Agbara to ATAN

I already have Interested Customers ,But by Month End You will surely have because I have other ones in My Possession and Under My Care .

First .No Omonile issues .

Even if you need a land sold for 50k Per Plot ,I believe you will see . There are some very thick Forest sooooo far from Town ,Say 2 hour's drive from where you will find People Living .

Different Locations of Land , Different Prices .

I humbly want to state that this one is not 100k Sir .

The Value of Land in that Area now is between 250k to 300k sir.

One Acre ( 6 Plots) 1.5 Million and 1.8 Million Respectively .
