One thing in Anambra is uniformity in developments across the towns and villages and competition among the towns to outdo the other in terms of infrastructures and developments.

Oga my point is that we do not define cities by how beautiful the buildings are. Cities are mostly a matter of population. A city can have very bad buildings while a village could have beautiful houses.

Majority of those building were intentionally built for movie industry to rent it to act movie. I know a place like that in Ebonyi State where the community intentionally reserve an area for movie and tourism. That's one of the thing that gave the community money for more development.
