New info is out and no charge on the officer, she was taken to court she pleaded not guilty, DA allowed her to go free and dropped charges l, the mayor has backed the actions of the police officer.
She came in close contact with the arrested suspect who they later found out had a ghost weapon (gun) on him (which he was trying to reach) which would have been dangerous if she has gotten to it also as the officer requested she moved back after running towards the suspect but rather she started assualting the officer several times until he was forced to response from a safety standpoint. I hope she tries again maybe with a white officer the mayor said the officers showed great distrain maybe it won't happen next time.
