Lagos state had been the capital for about 70 years, the state yearly IGR has always been high, it was simply made a looting ground by the military government, that's why the reported monthly IGR was not up to N1b. Tinubu came and gradually increased the reported IGR.

Below is Lagos state yearly IGR from 1999. You can see that Tinubu purposely kept the reported figure below N100b, It was when Fashola came that the figure immediately went above N100b. Ambode came and spoiled the whole thing for Tinubu. Because of him Lagos state publicly known IGR is around N40b monthly today.

First he must tell us what has been happening to his security votes, as we all are aware that security votes are the targets and goldmine of all governors for their tenure. Next he must tell us what happens to contracts awarded to friends, family or fronts as they call them. Now that they know that EFCC will be at their necks at the end of their tenure, they devise means of looting public funds with cronies to cover up.

The governor should stop playing the ostrich. We are to wait until after his tenure to find out from the next governor the extent of his own looting.

By the way, now that Saraki and contacts are not in charge, how much has Kwara state developed? We know that it is one of the most underdeveloped states in the country.

Don't mind the governor...I have a friend who is ordinary SA to present Kwara state governor and built a house worth 100 million naira in less than three years as special assistant and here they are telling us 11.9 billions was stolen.If I may ask the governor,why excluding Lawal government from his investigation.

Then how much has been stolen during the tenure of the present Governor. Try and help us dig deep for us to know.

They've been on it. They're just discovering more and more. Presently there are matters in court. Saraki got loans in the name of Kwara state government, but the loan were for himself. Many state properties and businesses were also converted to Saraki properties. Many matters. They're been in court on sundry issues relating to Saraki.
