With the type of oil in this soup, one would only imagine the amount of pepper in it.

Op, hope your anus came prepared ? smiley

Did you specifically request for any soup?

The soup looks like one utazi sauce we used to make.
The sauce is made by pounding fresh utazi, then we add in enough palm, ground dry pepper, and salt to taste (no heating required).
Usually eaten with new yam.

Well, have you tried it? You might be pleasantly surprised o. cheesy
You can just scoop out some of the oil into a plate.

You know, soups like edikang-ikong and afang require much oil, but they don't appear so because the excess vegetables soak up most of the oil.
Palm oil makes them delicious.

Oya, take back what you said about you'd rather die than eat it and give the soup a try. cheesy
It looks good to me.

Well, that's because the excess vegetables soaked up the palm oil naa.

Infact, make I shock you; palm oil is added to edikang-ikong at the beginning (or the middle, depending on the style of cooking), and at the finishing part of cooking it.

He wanted to whip tribal sentiment and tribal bigotry. Unfortunately for him, he came at the wrong time. People are busy with election. Nobody get time for him now.
Happy Sunday darling.

With a title like that, this thread isn't going nowhere near the front-page.
Unless a mod decides to change the title.

Happy Sunday. smiley

Because it was made by a person of Yoruba ethnicity, you declare that it js a yoruba uziza soup? undecided

So if a person of Yoruba ethnicity makes a Burger, do we also called it a yoruba burger then? undecided

Not just ungrateful, he is also very opinionated and entitled, like the lady was suppose to know his mind, instead of him to tell her his preferences for her to adjust next time, he made it a tribal issue and not wiling to accept corrections from people he expectsed to bash the lady and her tribe. Food and methods of cooking them varies across humans and the various ways that divides/classifies us.

God bless you. He hasn't even tasted it, he has already assumed there will be lots of pepper in it. I hope the lady in question sees the thread and break whatever thing she has going on with him. You don't like the amount of oil being used? you don't like it. Tell her, correct her and tell her your preference instead of coming to social media to mock her, very immature of the OP.
