The Managing Director, National Inland Waterways Authority, NIWA, Chief Dr. George Moghalu has send his congratulatory message to the SGF on the occasion of his 66th birthday celebration while describing the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr Boss Mustapha as an accomplished public administrator who had proven records of achievements in both private and public sectors and commend him for his invaluable support to the Management of National Inland Waterways Authority, NIWA.
