The reason some public schools are in dilapidated state is still corruption in the system, the heads/management of those schools are suppose to manage/maintain them but they will rather swallow the money and still complain, so the corruption is everywhere, if you like give ASUU double of what they are demanding, it will not still change the condition of the universities....
