With a house, you purchase, renovate, and sell for profit.

With sneakers, you buy when supply is low, mark up the price and sell for profit.

Car flipping is about buying, fixing up and profiting on the sale, as well.

For domain flipping, you spot valuable underpriced domains and buy.

Then, sell when the time is right.

Or you can build it yourself from scratch and sell it.

I’ve consulted on client deals where a client bought domains for say, $69 and sold for $1,400 a year or so later, but I’ve never done it myself.
