Killings will be manipulated to instigate ethnic tensions.

Your moderators should more than ever before clamp down on posts or threads containing tribalistic comments irrespective of their political inclinations.

Their should be zero tolerance for ethnic bigotry or profiling.

Your moderators should do their jobs impartially.
