Took a trip to Dino's home town last week and I must say his impact is not felt by his people.
No electricity (locals testified that light was barely seen thrice monthly), little or no infrastructural development, dilapidated roads.

My stay was undeniably frustrating. I wish I hadn't gone there. Journey was all regretful.
