Is this what the Lord Jesus would say in a situation like this? If Jesus was like this then those who the world called "sinners" wouldn't have approached him, let alone being friends with him. Jesus was full of grace, he wasn't going around condemning these "sinners", but the self-righteous people who thought the were not like those sinners, and He is the same yesterday, today and for ever.
What happened to "love one another as I have loved you"? Jesus didn't love us while we deserved it and living a "righteous" life, He loved us while "we were yet sinners", and this is what you should teach and demonstrate. For God has given us the ministry of reconciliation, not the ministry of condemnation.

It isn't defrauding it's stealing... Not an easy scam as you think.

They usually have insiders in Canada US all using sophisticated tools to monitor the communication btw the govt and the supplier..

When it's time to make payment, they intercept money .

The govt didn't pay them one dime, they intercept the funds..

you're only hearing about it now because they've discovered the Thief..
they won't broadcast it if they don't have enough info..

It's a format most yahoo boys were using in 2020...same format. Rinse and repeat. This guy was just greedy, and he got on FBI radar. 2020 saw the highest influx of yahoo money into Nigeria.
