these are not ordinary people. But people who came to Nigeria with huge capital for business. Renewing CERPAC is stressful and time consuming. The average Nigerian does not have access to capacity nor get preferential treatments these guys get.

yes true have you been to British international school lekki ? and see the number of oyinbo kids in their hundreds in that's school .so it means their families are here for some .
