This lesbian bitch was born in 1976, that was six years after the war. Six years after, the country was on it's pathway to recovery. Three years after her birth, an ibo man, Alex Ekwueme was elected the VP alongside Shagari. Ibos were in the seat of power 9 yrs after. Such has never been achieved anywhere else in the world in such a very short time. No rebels fought against the sovereignty of a country and was allowed close to power in 9 yrs, None ever!
She was mislead and misinformed by narratives written by Chinua Achebe-a man who fled into his grave, opening up fresh wounds at the time the country was healing. He dropped a book on his death bed without the courage to face fierce criticisms
Little was she informed about the role of Ojukwu in starving millions of biafrans.
https://www.nairaland.com/7325192/historical-excursion-how-ojukwu-starved
Little was she informed that biafra was heavily backed by France who supplied both Military and financial support on the side of biafra. Military planes called biafra babes were manned by European pilots, majorly, the French and swedish pilots. Fortunately or unfortunately, there can only be one winner on either side. Most likely, ibos could have been French speaking biafrans if they had had the victory. Would have been heavily indebted to the French Government who till today are defacto head of Government to all former French colonies in Africa.

I am Igbo...infact a very strong deep rooted Igbo woman , but being smart or knowing history is not what most people know ..but are quick to comment... this shows u the number of dull people we hv ... how can a person support or comment on a topic , when they are not even well informed... kudos to u

You messed up that quote. See it below.
Not a good advert for your writing biz

Did I tell you that I was quoting verbatim undecided The quote is attributed to Nelson Mandela but I took a sneak peek of the idea in it to suit the point I was making. I Intentionally did not reference Mandela in it because those are not his direct words and this is not an official academic write-up where it will still be deemed necessary to reference irrespective of direct quotation or not as long as it is not your original word. So next time, don't jump to a conclusion you know nothing about.

Ask questions first.

We still have many slaves on naira land.

It made me wonder if slavery is hereditary and that some people couldn't let go of theirs to enjoy the little freedom they were rendered, even though it's not total.

A dark-heated lesbian like Uju is a disgrace to the intellectual community and to African values. In a typical African society, she should have been lynched for relishing the sex organ of fellow women.

Those Nigerians condemning this woman are these same set of slowpoke's that have continued to mock ndi Igbo over the death and starvation of 3 million children..

Till date these sets of no do well nincompoops still post multiple pictures of starving Igbo children to mock igbos, they are never apologetic or have any atom of remorse to their actions..

Today these same sets of people are condemning and blackmailing Mrs Anya for not having respect for the dead and also holding up to the past..

Are you talking about the Queen, for doing what powerful monarchs do to their fiefdoms?
Or Alaafin Oyo, Sultan of Sokoto, Oba of Bini and other African kings did not do likewise to their fellow blacks in the areas they controlled at one time or another

Hypocrisy.. What did they do? Clearly explain what the kings you mentioned did..?

You mentioned kings from other tribes and excluded Igbo kings... Oh I forgot Igbos are saint. They don’t commit crimes..

As regards the role the British played in the Biafran war, let it be known that Nigeria BOUGHT guns from the british. They were not gifts. Biafra also BOUGHT ammunition from France and other countries to compliment Ogbunigwe. It is called war for a reason. Before you start, you count cost. Mind you, Nigeria and Biafra went to war also because of crude oil, MONEY. Two countries fought each other for money. THEY FOUGHT EACH OTHER. The blame should go round. Everybody is at fault, the British, The Nigerian and the Biafran governments.

Let Biafrans acknowledge their faults too and take responsibility only then can the Nigerian and British government take responsibility and apologize. What is their fault? The fact that an Igbo man led the first coup and an Igbo man started a Unitary government. Every other event was in response to this event. The payback in the form of genocide in the North and eventual war was too serious a penalty of which personally, I personally I'm sorry. Everyone is at fault. Let us stop the blame game and look for the way forward. What is the way forward?

The Igbos should be brought back to the mainstream in politics. This is only achievable by the presidency rotating among all 6 geopolitical zones. Let all the competition among all tribes end. Let it be turn by turn. To me, It is the turn of the Igbos in 2023. Let all this unnecessary fight and bitterness stop. The presidency must rotate equally among all tribes and let each tribe know when it is their turn, no more fighting. There is no other way. Let all that back and forth, transferring of blame, bitterness, gall, let all of it STOP NOW. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.

If rotational presidency will not be adhered too, let the country split peacefully. No more, no less.

No!!! Afonja can never be this useless, igbos went to a war unprepared, blamed everybody else for their loss except themselves, this lesbian is just looking for cheap attention, the difference between the thinking pattern of an educated Igbo and a non educated Igbo is slim, they are all afflicted with victim mentality.
Rightly said..

Ojukwu didn’t even prepare for their foods. Imagine declaring your own country without food’s. What were they suppose to be eating?

Part of me believe the reason why some Igbos became cannibals today was that they were eating each other back then when they don’t have food’s. Wouldn’t be surprised if Ojukwu also ate Igbos to survive.

Since these wasn’t food, what were they eating if not human flesh?

Re: Queen Elizabeth’s Crown Not Her Own – Uju Anya by JaskanFactor: 8:57am On Sep 12, 2022
i find it suspicious that she an igbo woman is more concerned with what happened over a 2 century ago in igbo land, compared to today where there is broad day light genocide going on in Nigeria and igbo land. But she is not talking about that.

Infact Nigerians should notice that nobody outside Nigeria is talking about the unprecedented disappearance and murder of people.

Which leads me to believe, you cant be successful in this world without working for the shady side and she is making this comment possibly cause they are lining her up for leadership role when they break up Nigeria after thier current ongoing genocide of Nigerian people, and black African people in general , cause they are =behind all the wars in africa since before the current generation was born till this very second.

The conclusion is that there is no honour in her position, and igbo girl who never left her village to become professor at world class university has more honour than the professor.

Cause it seems to me the professor too is part of the people deliberately not alerting the world media to current unprecedented genocide going on in Nigeria, instead she chose to talk about colonial crimes that are not important to Nigerians at a time when every poor community has vigilante groups to guard their lives from terrorists sent by colonial powers.

This is why as you get older in this world, you realise its true what Jiddu Krishnamurti said.
"It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society"

The most respectable people in this world are not to be found amongst those whom most people aspire to be like.

Most of the companies people dream of working for have a road map of taking away people rights and leading them into slavery or worse.

Currently all of the companies are conspiring in the current global inflation crisis, and all of the banks knew this was coming cause they have been buying up property worldwide for the last few years. in USA it was reported few years ago banks buying entire streets and renting only they not selling the houses. Then what do you know suddenly worldwide inflation.

All brought to you by the same people you look up to and aspire to .

This is why i cant wear suits or ties anymore, its a disgraced costume of shame, cause anywhere you see people wearing suits is usually a soulless place, where they working on ripping off the the common man. My theory is that costumes have spirits, and the Three piece suit is a costume of possession by the spirit of arrogance.

So am not impressed by world class college professor who is selling out her people in time of desperation, infact all of the prestigious universities have a very dark side as cult recruiting grounds.

Who wants to be High Chief Most Eminent Director of the operation to genocide their own people. The position comes with a three piece suit and fleet of flashy cars.

The Queen started the Biafran genocide!
Ten thousand children died everyday for almost 30 months because of arms supplied by the Queen empire and a blockade orchestrated by the same Britain!
She has blood in her arms

Damn... so u really think the Queen makes political decisions... The throne having total control with veto powers ended with Magna Carta ... Blame the prime minister Harold Wilson... maybe the Iraqis should also blame the Queen for the war in Iraq when it was Tony Blair that convinced the parliament to go to war with America... The Queen never had Veto power ... Winston Churchill made the decisions to go to war and made all decisions during WW2 and not The Queen.. That institution is just ceremonial... mayb u should also blame the sultan of sokoto for making the decisions that made the Nigerian fulani Army kill Biafrans
