I got exposed to porn in my teens, i remember when I used to pass ikeja bridge and will see hawkers selling xrated magazine. I was a teen raging with sex, sex was on my mind day and night. I did not mind if i had sex with any woman. Infact i wished i was raped by a woman, my mind was very twisted then. It was a common thing in secondary school, everyone was looking at porn. When the internet came, i was like a kid in a candy shop. I could not get enough from looking at porn, then I discovered masturbation from porn. It was another pleasure to me then. The only time i stop looking at porn in my teens was when i joined the prayer team at my school. The things disappeared like there was nothing.

10 years later, i am in my twenties but i want to stop but do not know how. I have gotten tired . I tried will power, i failed. I tried prayers , still failed. Whenever i go for church seminals, the urge to look at porn dies. But when i am away from the church, the urges was out of control. I started going to strip club to cope. Even with having a gf did not help, I tried and yet failed miserable. I felt i am going to hell even though I have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and saviour. Some days or weeks I will stop, then I resume looking porn. This was an on and off habit.

One thing I remember even after I sinned from looking at porm was hearing God saying your sin has been forgiven , go and sin no more. Even though I knew I was forgiven I went back to my old habit. I told my pastor because he was in a same situation but he is no longer look at porn.
To keep short, i trusted God ,and now I am free. There is freedom in Christ, i feel like a new man. I know I am free and I cherish freedom from pornography, Christ has set me free.

You need a girl with high libido to play with steadily. The more you play, you will forget about porn and masturbation.

I backslide badly, thank God for showing me my weakness. I rely on God daily and trust myself less, 1 thing I can tell you is that even after looking at porn was hearing that my sins had already been forgiven. I was told to repent and sin no more while I was still in the habit, I cannot count the number of times i heard my sin has been forgiven. In the midst of feeling guilty, I was encouraged by God.In terms of the former house is vacant, the house is never vacant because the Holy Spirit is in you. But that does not stop the enemy from sending the porn images, thoughts , fantasy, the Devil is really a roaring lion that always seeking to devour, the enemy never sleep. I was comfortable in porn in which It was pointed out by God. I prayed that I hate what God hate, my prayers have been answered. My faith in Christ has freed me, I hate porn with a passion because I know what it did to me. I know how I felt like a hypocrite. Do the thoughts of looking at porn come, or the whisper comes ? the spirit of lust or tempter still dey come but I know my strengthen is Christ. I can brag in Christ and know the battle has already been won even before I was born. This is my personal testimony, I am not here to argue theology

Matthew 12 vs 43 says WHEN THE UNCLEAN SPIRIT HAS GONE OUT OF A MAN, HE PASSES THROUGH WATERLESS PLACES SEEKING REST BUT HE FINDS NONE.
VS 44 SAYS THEN HE SAYS I WILL RETURN TO MY HOUSE FROM WHICH I CAME WHEN HE COMES AND FIND IT SWEPT,CLEAN AND EMPTY.
VS 45 SAYS HE GOES AND BRING WITH HIM SEVEN OTHER SPIRITS MORE EVIL THAN ITSELF AND THEY ENTER AND DWELL THERE AND THE LAST STATE OF THE MAN BECOMES WORST THAN THE FIRST.

Totally agreed, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes are something else. It was so bad that I had to hide my computer from myself. Whenever there was internet available , i was looking at porn. I had to get antiporn software for my phone. Antiporn software or app slowed it down but it did not stop it. The only thing I did not do was to sleep with prostitutes even though I almost did. Thank God it did not happened, I also want to thank God for delivering and showing me how to fight. When the thoughts come, I say the words of God , pray to God for strength in Jesus name and the word that works for me is Matthew 5:28
