Its either 11:56 or 12:00 or 12:04

Using 12 noon as the benchmark.
It was set right at 8:30am,but it runs 4mins slower every hour and 2mins every half an hour, so by 12noon of the correct clock, it'd be 11:46 am on d slower clock
