Without English yoruba wouldn't marry igbo or Hausa. Because if you do so how are you going to communicate? The exception is if the wife to be grew in the native town of the husband and learnt the language but thanks to English for intertribal and interracial marriages |

just learn your spouses language, its not that hard of you love them. otherwise nigeria should stop relying on english as anything other then a cross cultural lingua franca, why are schools teaching in english and not the local language? |
