The Pastor’s price list for the 4-week session which includes a certificate was passed on in a flyer she shared on her social media page.

The discples of Jesus said unto Him, "teach us to pray as John taught his discples". By Jesus not refuting them bring us to a logical conclusion that prayer can be taught.

Is it right she charges a fee to teach about prayer?

You must understand that money is a reward given in exchange for value provided and what pastor's do in church by preaching is to add value to people's life. The context of the value provided might spiritual, but it is value nonetheless.

Pst Junita is trying to run classes on prayer and like you pay to attend leadership clases. There is nothing bad about it.

Sarcastically, People who refuse to pay the free price to know God, would undoubtedly pay in cash to people who know Him to recompense for thier ignorance.
