His clothes were changed from his pyjamas to outing clothes.

The cupboard shows sign of rummaging and folded shirt and shorts on the bed alongside his pyjamas pants shows someone changed his clothes.

The victim was in bed and was reading a book before he entertained someone.

The victim has a gf as can be seen from the portrait by his bed side.

He entertained someone with a drink. Someone he knew to entertain at such late bed time hours and in his pyjamas.

There is no sign of struggle so the victim was probably poisoned from the drink he had with whoever visited him late at night.

His clutches are far from his bedside or where he purportedly hung himself meaning some one moved it to that unlikely spot
