The Federal High Court upheld the Orbih group.
The Appeal Court said internal affairs of a political party and didn't make any declaration.

Equity and fairness were jettisoned when the leading parties failed to zone their tickets to the South East.
Both the PDP and the APC should have featured Igbo presidential candidates, akin to the 1999 arrangement that ensured the emergence of a Yoruba man.
