All it could have taken is just an Alt+f** with some other keys on corel draw, select fish head and use a rectangle shape in cutting a blank part of the certifcate and use in covering the place you want to edit.

Use the same also in picking out figures and letters from other results and placing it accordingly on the results you want to edit.

You might be correct about convocation days but you're totally wrong on the day degrees are awarded.. Degrees in Nigerian public universities are usually awarded on the day the university senate approves the list of graduating students. I went back and checked my Bachelor and masters degrees and they both reflect not my convocation dates but the dates when the university senate approved my graduation. Both were weekdays. Either way, that cannot stop Obi from contesting as he did not submit it to INEC but it casts serious doubts on his integrity as a person.
