Perhaps if all Igbos leave Lagos on account of the ills you described, people will have no choice but to agree with you completely....

Also, everything you described remains the challenge of most large cities all over the world....from traffic congestion, crime, drugs, over population, sanitation issues etc, Lagos isn't an exception.
