The real you that will still be alive when the body dies is the soul. It is the soul that will face judgement. Your spirit which is God's breath goes back to God. The gets destroyed and the soul either goes to hell or God's kingdom.

Bliss body - God, Even realised masters have difficulty explaining it, you must experience it to understand.

Number 1 to 3 are physical, number 3 is transitory, 4 is not even in your experience so you do not even know what it is.

Energy body can be sub divided into 2 or more - etheric and pranic. This is what we call soul and spirit. The God in us is our bliss body, 99.9% of humans are not in touch with their bliss body. I have no experience with my bliss body hence can not speak about it.

People in history who touched their bliss body usually turned into religious leaders like Jesus, Buddha, Shiva, Sadhguru the living master, Yogananda and so on, there are also realised beings among us who live normal lives.

Karma the glue that holds all our bodies to the physical, imprints on the Energy body after transition or what we call death, humans in reality are eternal. When a person loses their physical body, they also lose their mental body and discretionary ability. If their vibrations are low, they go to hell, if high, they go to heaven. For those who go to hell, there are beings waiting to eventually raise their vibration to heaven. Depending on their mastery of life or evolution, the transcended person can either choose to stay in the spirit realm or goes from hell into the womb to try again on earth on a fresh slate.

This subject is way too complex to explain with the Bible because most of the messages in there are either misinterpreted or intentionally distorted.

First of all, that is not true. Sin is disobedience of God's commandment and that desire to disobey does not come from your flesh but from what is stored up in your heart where God is concerned. That is why you find that the same set of people who have a hard time obeying God don't necessarily have the same problem obeying their bosses or other humans they worship. So it is not really your actual body/flesh that is the cause but what is stored up in your heart/mind - Matthew 15 vs 10 - 20 & Mark 7 vs 13 - 23.

Anyways, those who will enter into Heaven are those who have through continuous submission and obedience of the teachings and commandments of Jesus Christ, been set free from slavery to sin by Jesus Christ- John 8 vs 31 - 35 , and becomes Sons of God. Inside of these people lives the Spirit of Truth, the same Spirit of Jesus Christ, continuously working in them to cause careful obedience of God's commandment and as such these people are reprogrammed to sin no more by Jesus Christ as true become more like Him as a result of their submission and obedience of Him.

By what standard do you judge them righteous? God's or man's?,

As soon as death occurs, the soul leaves this earth in an energetic body. The physical Earth that we live on is called Martya Loka, which is the first sub-world of the first world, called Bhū Loka. Martya Loka is called Karma Loka, which means the world of deeds, since souls are meant to perform deeds here.

They are supposed to enjoy the fruits of their deeds in the other worlds, which are called Bhoga Lokas or worlds of enjoyment. After death in the Martya Loka, the soul enters into the second sub-world of the Bhū Loka, called the Preta Loka. Preta Loka means the world of the dead. In that world, the soul faces the inquiry of its qualities and deeds for ten days. After those ten days, the soul leaves Preta Loka as said in the scripture “Itaḥ paraṁ preta śabdo nāsti”.

To indicate this, the priest throws away the stone representing the soul during the ritual on the tenth day. The soul then enters Naraka Loka or Pitṛ Loka. These two worlds are the third and fourth sub-worlds of Bhū Loka. Naraka Loka is hell where the soul enjoys the fruits of its sins. Pitṛ Loka, which is located on the moon, is a place meant for enjoying the fruits of the soul’s neutral deeds.

Most people live and perform deeds in the Martya Loka (earth) only for the sake of themselves and their family. They work expecting some benefit in return. Such self-centered people can only reach Pitṛ Loka. Pitṛ Loka means the world of ancestors since most of our dead ancestors reach this world.

But some souls, if they serve the public without aspiring for any fruit in return, can even enter the second world called Bhuvar Loka. Souls that have performed even higher meritorious deeds enter the third world called heaven or Suvar Loka. Preta Loka is right above Martya Loka. So, even though the soul has just completed its life in Martya Loka and is in Preta Loka, it has not gone far from the Martya Loka.

Due to the extreme closeness of Preta Loka with Martya Loka, the soul in Preta Loka can almost be considered to be still present in Martya Loka. This is the reason why people say that the soul is close to earth for ten days after the death of its body. The reality is that as soon as the person dies in Martya Loka, its soul in an energetic body enters the second sub-world, Preta Loka to face the inquiry for ten days.
