2. Android Dev and Spring boot at once
3. and other Java dialect platforms.

But I would advise picking Java so I can forward your resume to Interswitch they need a lot of Java Engineers.

Java is good, highly unlikely I will port to another language for the present. I am comfortable with Java.

It will be a Java job experience, remote company experience and from there you can learn enough for the next job. take it, you could also be referred for oy foreign colleague with his side project for cash.

Over time lots of kotlin dev will adopt java back cos of the constant evolution of Java. Java 19 is out with lots of improvement.

The features that made people to adopt kotlin are gradually being introduced to Java and even better.
Kotlin too is evolving they just released new Kotlin 17.2. introduce some new cool technologies to enhance developers skills.

The last time I checked, jetbrain just released 1.7.2.

However kotlin is evolving, it can not beat that of Java, in fact, kotlin works better with new java releases. Remember, kotlin has 33% of Java running behind it.
