Good day nairalanders . So a co worker is having kidney challenges .a very big sone and also kidney infection. He has been managing it but its getting worse .body has started to show signs of swelling. he and the church members are putting money together so he goes to India for treatment.

The question now is getting the right hospital in India for this treatment or transplant .
