90% of okada riders in Lagos are from the north. They refuse to go to school or learn serious work. As usual, it's only the lazy work they seem to like to do. Work that gives them N3000 gain daily that they can use to eat, smoke and sleep with equally filthy street oloshos.

While everyone is entitled to live a decent life, but you cannot do that outside the confines of law and at great inconvenience to everyone else!!

If they refuse to go to school and learn a proper trade, the they need to abide by the consequences of those decisions.

Most of the shanties in Lagos are also these same northerners. if you go to twin waters area of Lekki, Agege axis, Ajah, its there same illiterate notherners that have most of the shanties.

Why can't these people go do farming in their atates, farming now is big business, with free lands in your states, you can either do animal or crop farming. City is not for everyone. You can do farming and sell to the city, instead of suffering yourself riding okada. Okada is a suffer man work.

Because the reward for disregarding it is short term and personally higher than obeying the law or being cought breaking the law . When the penalty is highly prohibitive and being caught and prosecuted more certain, people will obey the appropriate laws.
